It’s Free Museum Day in Nebraska! The Neihardt Center can always be enjoyed free of charge, so we’ll celebrate our museum’s favorite things: books and community! We’ll have something for everyone!

12:00 p.m. Tosca Lee, New York Tmes best-selling author. With Marcus Brotherton, author of “The Long March Home,” the 2025 One Book One Nebraska selection.

1:30 p.m. BAT Academy Art Studio of West Point will be here with a fun project and plenty of art supplies.

3:00 p.m. Bancroft-Rosalie Community Schools Artwork Opening Reception. Student artwork will be on display at the Neihardt Center through the summer. Light refreshments will be offered at the reception.
