Join us for a lively, fascinating discussion about John Neihardt, Loren Eiseley, and Mari Sandoz: three Nebraska writers from the early- to mid-20th Century, who explored many of the same themes in their writing. We will look into these themes and discuss their relevance in today’s world. At the conference, we will also talk about the absence of published Native American authors during the early- to mid-20th Century. Dynamic speakers with fresh perspectives will cause us to think more deeply about these important writers, and question who gets published and why.
